Kroger has a pizza sauce that has crushed peppers that makes pizza have a kick. Since you guys like hot sauce you should try it.

So, far on KZbin, I have seen $10,000+ Grocery Haul , not counting A Whole Cow ( Beef ) and A Whole Pig ( Pork ) all wrapped separately . Plus this family shops every month . They have 10 Freezers, 10 Refrigerators, Soda Coolers , Organized cabinets , Organized Pantry ( huge ). Freezers and Refrigerators are stored in a huge building with Solar Panels on the roof . I never seen anything like this before in my lifetime. Unbelievable!!!

I'm European and the amount of ultra processed food that Americans eat is too much I think. I'm not sure it would be good for your health in the long run, especially for children if they are eating this?

You're probably right!! Processed food is everywhere. Not to mention whole foods are ridiculously expensive, and processed foods are so much more affordable. Believe it or not, we are making changes a little at a time to be a bit healthier little by little.

@@houseofjohnsons6171Yes I think its important to help childrens brains and bodies develop well - but I imagine it is a lot of hard work for you to feed a big family anyway! I am lucky because I have the time to grow a lot of our food in the garden. So you're a good mum because you will be very busy! I think the main problem is so much of this type of food in the American shops! And like you say whole foods too expensive over there!

Lol. My husband definitely has different tastes! 😁honestly, my metabolism is just extremely fast. I eat terribly, and my staples are junk food and carbs. I have no idea why I am so small! 🤣😂 but I would like to start eating better slowly but surely!!!

Perhaps. My thyroid has been checked and it's completely normal levels. I have always been thin. Too thin as a young lady. I would love to be passionate about being in shape though!
