Its very common that a house fully renovated sells for a certain amount. Then 3 months later some old person passes away 4 doors down. Their house has original finishes from 1965. Their kids put it up for sale for what? The same price as the fully renovated modern home. The greed is unbelievable. The whole industry needs to be revamped and commissions capped. And please, lets see an analysis of the Condo death spiral.

Read my comment on your other video. Selling DOESNT have to mean selling right away. Some sellers are price oriented and can wait it out for a good price. That doesnt make them unrealistic. If you lack their patience please let them know that you are mainly concerned about your commission rather than their wishes so they can go ahead and find another agent.
