Did anyone ask the devs why they didnt put a faction limit for prismverse clash so that one side doesnt end up with only 20% of the server population? i can barely find any mayflys anymore since they all get teleportor camped everytime any of them tried to go higher end mats and parts. I ended up having to bring my pve alt over to the mayfly side and start over to find pvp at all.

Totally disagree on pushing people to get out of their shell. Nothing worse than someone controlling you and telling you what you should play and how you should play or do anything for that matter. Let people play the game how they want. Forcing people to play it another way only ends up with them leaving and playing something else and I’d rather keep those people around so I am all for people whether you play PVP or PVE having the chance to get maxed out gear without having to play the other side.

What do you mean forced? You are not forced to do anything. If you want the most optimized build then you can try/play both. Every MMO does this; WoW, new world etc. If you want the best gear/deviations giving people the option to optimize their gear by playing different modes incentivizes play but it does not force. When people sit in their corners and do nothing else, the game feels bland. There's a reason why classic WoW feels so alive compared to other MMO's. Even the PVP'ers are incentivized to PVE, they legit have to while they level and gear. In fact if anything you could say PVP'ers are forced to PVE due to not be able to level through PVP.

Can is misleading, it has to be "have" to play this because there is an IF at the start. IF you want this then you HAVE to play both, that is being forced. You HAVE to play both to get this.

@@stevenmarshall6846 Again you do not have to play both. Nothing is required. For example in WoW; if you want a specific trinket that might increase your DPS a mere 2 - 3% then you'll have to play either PVP or PVE. That is essentially nothing, 2 - 3% isn't going to wildly change your playstyle nor is it going to catapult you to the top of any chart. Just not how it works. Been playing MMO's since 2011, it's never been an issue prior and still wont be. Every MMO that's been successful does it. If you want the Bee deviant which can help with mutated crops; you gotta farm it in PVE. That's not doing anything crazy, just some better food that you don't have to buy from other players saving you energy links. The funny part is, originally you could have joined the PVP scenarios; both novice and the second release hard modes. Never engage in PVP once but still gotten all PVP deviations. This is such a NON-Issue.

there needs to be a PvP version of the way of winter at least soon in conjunction with the PvE, or theyre going to lose a TON of players. might be the breaking point for me too. cant do a whole 3rd/4th season doing the same thing in the same place just HOPING for new content. and no the primverse is just different from the pvp servers. if thats all were getting on that end...

Placing PvE gear in PvP is the most toxic garbage ever done. Ask me - I played Destiny 2... The only thing it achieved is ejecting players from the game, as they got farmed to death (literally) from the PvP-ers... Stupid idea if there was one.

Then you could also argue that PVP players are "forced" to PVE due to not being able to level and gear through PVP. When people get comfortable without doing anything else the games feel incredibly boring. It's why Classic WoW feels so alive compared to other MMO's. Destiny btw is a looter shooter and not an MMO by any means. So while slightly comparable in this regard; I would argue that the game designs are too far apart from each other to actually compare this.

I've said this many times, there is over 8 billion people in the world and while some may be the same the majority are different and you should really take that into consideration instead of speaking for other people who do not share you opinion. In regards to the PVP having to play PVE, imo, I still agree, both sides, that is individual people liking something and being forced into something is not ideal by any means. Maybe some people like to be pushed and forced and that is by all means ok, they have a choice as well but let that be a choice to play that style, not be forced to play it to get a piece of gear on both sides. Just because something is done doesn't make it right either.

Very true. I been strictly pvp. Me with 20k hp huge dmg reduction running into a pve is no fair. So if I saw i was at a big disadvantage I'd let em res and go or if when I turned away to let em live and they continued to fire I had to delete em lol but it would be obvious I was letting them go

One group value efficiency and high numbers, spread across long intervals of sprayed fire and executing "proper" inputs (aka perform mechanics). The other one values mobility and burst. The game does not matter to be honest. Honestly I don't want to force anyone to play PvE or PvP - its stupid.

Yes, you will be able to transfer on the 17th. My assumption is they will let everyone swap for free or some kind of discount to the way of winter (then after some time period) the normal price will be applied and restrictions for changing servers.

Way of winter is the last chance for once human for me, after way of winter and its still laggy and devs are still forcing people to pvp then ill just quit and uninstall. I got convinced by my friend to try pclash and its the most unfun game ive ever played in recent times, teleport tower base with turret camping, public event spawn camping , everything is ruled by one faction and full of alts, its so dumb and if not for the upcoming way of winter i wouldve quit already
