100% Right. It's still a very good game just needs end game repeatable content.

End game is very much needed. I really want to see the game flourish, but it needs time.

The entire video was very well said. I ran out of things to do in week 3 of Way of Winter, being with the game since launch. I moved on to a game released in January, Enshrouded. And I'm enjoying it, though I do miss the "MMO" aspect of gaming. My "hive mates" have all moved on to other games as well do to lack of either content or reasons to keep playing O.H.. Great game, but no permanence for reason to go all out on building, PVP is a single build, one shot wonder BS pile of C---, and reason to even progress further as everything just ends and re-starts. It becomes a "Been there, done that" at nauseum way to spend time and money. I enjoyed the game for what it was as a filler in my time, but for now I'm filling my time with a true F2P game that has more to do, explore, challenge, and keeps me going back. Not to mention the building is far superior. Thank you for the video and opinion take.

Enshrouded is very fun. I just got into the snow area two days ago with a melee build. Trying to find an awesome place to build in the new area so I can do a much needed base expansion! The game market is booming and there is something around every corner. Pax Dei on the MMO side is very interesting to me. Still early development. Yet it really feels like it could be great. Base building too.

@@Xelray I just finished the majority of the same area, now I'm trying to decide which of my sites to build first. I have one in the tree swamp, and one in the desert (sorry can't remember the names off the top of my head LOL. And I'm looking at the mountain area too. I'm happy that in Enshrouded there is NO limit to the builds you can do like other games.

I completely agree. I think eternaland has great potential, but its definitely not there yet. (Like maybe an option to spawn different monsters or something) I still have hope that OH will bounce back, but I definitely miss the feelings we had at release (even WITH the bugs) Hopefully we'll meet again in Nalcott with happy thoughts of whats to come (if not, we can always hang out in another game) Thanks for the update Xel! Take care, friend -SM

I'll be going back to variety content on twitch. I'll see what I can do with KZbin. Don't want to drop off completely. You'll see me around though, just need to find the right game to sink into.

I adore Once Human, but I do think they need to seriously re-think their scenario and season structure. There not enough content long term, as you touched on. I was so hyped for way of winter and absolutely loved it, but I played it for like 3 phases and then did everything. The player base has dropped massively every time a scenario has almost come to a close. I think they should really start looking at doing a constant server where the whole map is open and content gets added to that. I feel like the scenario structure is really hurting the game. I’ve bought the recent battle pass but probably won’t get it completed because there’s nothing to for me now. Sure I could go onto another scenario, but I’ve already played them. Manibus twice too. It’s also not rewarding for me to replay the scenarios. They to do something. I desperately want this game to thrive and have a healthy play base. But I just don’t see how their current vision is going to help the game get bigger and better. I’m hoping they have something up their sleeve.

Yes, Way of Winter was a blast of fun, then it quickly was over. Yet there were a lot of polish issues that Way of Winter had. Ziplines, water falls, ect. I'm doing evolutions call to get a decent Upper World Spawn and Masonic Pyramid. Those I never really got a chance to farm, yet that's all I'm doing in Evolution's call, essentially. I now do believe the scenario system needs some work. I think it is a fun seasonal system. Yet I'd rather the "mainland" always exist and we go off on an adventure and then come back or something. They've also heavily have been struggling with latency, is it better, absolutely, but not great yet. They have done a lot of good things, I wonder how they might create a solution for sure.

Would very much like to hear people's opinion on how to enjoy the game once you've collected all the furniture, cosmetics, deviations, ect in the game. Or even what you think might be able to help the game in the near future spice itself up for players.

Make the players been able to do the real shooting range in Ethernaland with deviations with choosing some options etc. To test not only what you have but also what worth to farm, many shooters have simulation chambers for that purpose (warframe is a nice example with ability to spawn discovered enemies with certain lvls). In this game there is a lot of attributes which is a headache for new players who do not have enough resources to waste for trying somth different other than "youtube best builds"

I am excited for poe2. I got a couple hundred hours in the first through all the years. Their reveal a few days back was exciting.

Winter is half cooked, half cocked. Stage 1 - 2 was good, leveling, new map, new mechanic, first couple of CW battles, Towers, I play in big hive. I really love Sector, and especially in random group, much less pain compared to Lea. And Winter is also shorter and more dynamic compare to Manibus. In my case Menibus never again. But when 3 stage start, fun is broke. I don't like new silo and monolith, except Servitor - mobs everywhere and or u tank dmg by face or u simple skip all to the end. Ice Threant looks like joke. I somehow enjoyed CW battles, but it can be better, just with some mechanic, and not bullet sponging. I also feared about direction what devs can take, direction to only hear casuals. Be casual not bad, it's ok. Problem start not when someone don't know something, but when someone can't read or ask questions. U can see how reddit turn into toxic hole in term of this. But I still love this game and still have fun. Hope for best, ready to worst.

Correcy. Winter needs polish and to be filled up with content. If so, hands down better thsn manibus. I honestly thought the tower mechanic was absolutely terrible in it's current state. It changes things too widely in the territory, and other groups can roll in. Permissions need more specifics too.
