I've had two girls and admittedly threw up over 40 times a day in those pregnancies, but I still got horrendously sick with my boys and couldn't eat or drink either. It's a total myth that you're only sick when it's a girl. Some people have a gene that causes much more intense sickness in pregnancy no matter the sex of the baby
