I like rumple and his deals and sometimes I think in fairly tale land he’s the only one with reality and he does sometimes respect some people but piss him off and his suffering will continue with rage and despair he shows no mercy

Honestly if you look at the deals he makes if people end up unhappy its their own bloody fault. For instance Cindy dear didn't specify what she was and wasn't willing to give up. In fact she just signed the contract without reading it. Rumple's in the right to collect there. Rumple is manipulative but he honors his deals and he's honest about the fact that there will be a cost. ALL MAGIC COMES WITH A PRICE. People just don't like paying it and blame him for their problems. Also I think belle is the only person in the whole bloody show to actually iron out the details of her deal.

I think you do need to take into account that the same can be said for several relationships in once since characters often do not look their age (Hook and Emma for instance) so really when someone's a couple hundred years old it doesn't matter that much as long as both parties are consenting adults.
