Although I agree with you, I must point out that both actors have British accents. Zelena speaks with an ENGLISH accent, specifically. Rumple is Scottish, which is still technically classified as "British". Although lots of people use the term interchangeably, it's actually incorrect - English and British are not the same thing. "British" covers the entire empire; England, Scotland, Ireland, etc.

Zelena says she's not naive but she is😁at least in these flashbacks!I mean Cora was smart,charismatic and someone that could even manipulate Rumple himself!of course she hold a lot of grudge for so many people and had emotions but she wasn't that kind of clingy that makes her unbearable and instead made her more charming!Regina while hating Snow and blaming her for her misery,still only wanted freedom and that made her turn against Cora and while she had nothing to do after that,started avenging Daniel once she couldn't get him back!while even she screwed up as a villain and queen so many times,but still her pride was everything for her and like Cora she used more charm and even taunting Rumple himself rather than being clingy to him!Zelena on the other hand starts everything just for the jealousy which came out of no where?😂I mean I wouldn't blame her for hating Cora but the first thing she did was blaming everything on Zelena!didn't she knew that when Cora gave birth to her,had no idea that someday she's gonna have another daughter named Regina?different of all of that what kind of a terrible mother Cora was to Regina?I mean starting everything just by simply putting all blames on Regina!and in here literally being clingy to Rumple and begging him to be chosen and...I could see she's not gonna be his choice!

Regina was not as powerful as zelena. Zelena was a magic prodigy she could do powerful magic at a young age even when she was just five, and regina couldnt even make a simple firebal as an adult.... but with excesive training regina became stronger than zelena but Zelana's pendant made her super powerful and protected her so that only light magic can hurt her But now that regina has light magic she can easily overpower zelenas magic even with the pendant. And in Season 6 the evil regina almost killed Zelena

Zelena, from what I've seen, is a really weak person. Regina and Rumple both had the same situation; they both grew up feeling like they weren't good enough. The difference is that they made something of themselves, and eventually they came to realise that they ARE good enough. Zelena can't do that; she constantly judges herself by others and is unable to handle other people being treated even slightly well around her, because she perceives that as a threat. And when she does get jealous, all she does is get petty and whine. She never would have been able to make much of herself; she has the motivation, but not that inner drive.

People can change. I may get backlash for saying this but I always rooted for Zelena, hoping that she would be able to turn over a new leaf and make a change in herself and for herself. I understand exactly what she went through. What she must have been feeling. Hopeless. Worthless. Not able to trust anyone, even her closest friends. Although my father insists that he loved me, I never felt wanted by him. He chose to stay away. I feel like, although it may not be the case, he chose my younger sister over me. She was there with him through her childhood. It's not that easy to let go...

But Zelena made something of herself. She grew up to be strong and powerful, albeit resented. She became the powerful Wicked Witch and she enslaved Rumple and kicked Regina's butt. Sure, she lost in the end, but she did far more than just being "petty". Besides, even Regina had her weakness: she blamed Snow White for what happened to Daniel and then instead of accepting that what happened was only her mother's fault, she unleashed her frustration on hundreds of innocent people. Both the Mill sisters were at some point unable to cope with the unfair things that happened to them. They both took their frustration out on innocent people. What matters is that eventually they both managed to put the past behind and turn over a new leaf.

I've never understood why Rumple was painted as a coward. The only cowardly thing I remember him doing was abandoning Bae. Him injuring himself before the war actually seems brave to me. He knew that he would die, leaving his son without a father and his wife without a husband if he tried to fight, but he also knew that everyone would shun him as a coward if he chose to live. Even though he knew everyone would hate him, he chose to live. He did the same thing when Hook wanted to fight him, he chose humiliation over the possibility of leaving his son without a father. He did this again when begging the recruiter who wanted Bae to fight in the war. He repeatedly gave up his pride for those he loved, even if they didn't understand or appreciate it. Even when he abandoned Bae he has a defense. The dagger was known to make the person its connected to, feel a dependance on it and it manipulates their minds. So Rumple would have to resist the dagger and get over whatever fear he had (because let's be honest, going through a portal to a unknown world is terrifying, especially given his history with portals). I definitely don't think he was a brave man, but I also don't think he was worthy of being treated like a cowardly pile of dirt.

It's more the fact that he made the mistake of teaching her everything he knows, which means he has no tricks left up his sleeve - she already KNOWS it all. Plus he underestimated her, so he didn't expect her to teleport on him. That's not really a sign of magical talent; just how bad Rumple can be at judging people.
