You know the best part is that rumple told Emma that she had to stop thinking. summoning magic it's emotion. she had to ask herself. why am I doing this? Who am I protecting? and right at that moment she thought of hook and she did it!!! CAPTAIN SWAN FOREVER

Her screaming Hook was a terrified scream, and i am sure her magic was lit from emotions... and she looks at Hook at the end and he didnt even say anything after he fell, but looks at him when she is trying to see what the hell happened and why it worked

One things that is really important is right after Neal says "she teaching you magic? she mutters the words "I had to choose." and looks up at Hook and then gets this OMG look on her face as if she has come to a realization. She understands that magic is done with great emotion and she most likely focused on the guys in danger but it was the thought of losing Hook that made her choose and gave her the source for her power....so in my theory this means that on a very deep level she has already made her choice of which one means more to her emotionally.

I heard that conversation as: Neal: How did you do that? Emma: Regina. Neal: She's teaching you magic? Emma: Yeah, I guess she is. It refers to the difficulties she was having starting the fire at the beginning of the previous episode and shows that she is starting to tap into her powers. Though she does look over to Hook right after she says it, like she's making sure he really is okay.

I think my favorite part is that, even though they've just been fighting, Hook moves into a position so that he can protect Neal (who has no weapons). Talk about good form. Also, I love the image of Neal basically just waving his arms in the air trying to shoo away the shadows.

Every little detail of a scene has tremendous meaning. Someone said Hook in front = future, Neal behind = past, I think so too. She yells for Hook, not Neal. Then when Neal says, "Regina is teaching you magic" and she looks to Hook and then looks down, it's written all over her face; that's when she realized she has real feelings for Hook...that was her emotion and drive to light the candle. And yes, Hook with his good form protecting Neal.

The last part of this scene is an example of why Neal and Emma shouldn't be together. Why did Neal leave Emma in the first place? He found out she had some kind of magic. That's something about her he's never been able to accept, whereas Hook doesn't seem to mind in this scene or anywhere actually. You can't have a relationship with someone if you can't accept who they are, ALL of who they are.

I mean can you blame him? The only magic he ever saw was in the fairy tale land when Rumple became the dark one and only used magic for evil. So it's really no wonder he thinks all magic, no matter where or who it comes from is evil

Hook was grabbed first right? Emma yells his name. When Neal is captured, I think he calls Emma's name because he wants her to say his name too. But she doesn't. Her eyes go to Hook when she answers Neal's question about magic. The fact that Hook was also in her line of sight when Neal wasn't also brings hope to the Captain Swan love! Well played OUaT! mrsmorocco2010 I'm curious to see how Henry will react if she does choose Hook... especially since Hook up until now has been the "bad guy", and Henry just finally got to have both parents... if she's with Hook, Neil's going to still be in the picture because of Henry... and how would the town react if Hook came to live there?... I kinda feel bad for Neil... first his mom leaves him and his dad for Hook, and then the woman he loves might leave him for Hook too... and he has been friends with Hook for 100s of years.

Its obvious Neil will get angry eventually about Emma learning magic. She doesn't want her to be his dad. But he has to understand...that you can have magic and still be good at the same time. I believe Emma is powerful and she needs to learn how to use it. So Neil leave her and let her learn. Its for the best.

I just love how she shouts Hook's name! Then when Bae was put in danger and yelled her name, she just gives a small look and back to Hook♡ This is one of the best moments with Captain Swan♡♡♡ BTW I NEVER shipped NealxEmma, boooo! U know Hook has stolen enough from Neal, I can't wait for Henry to hear the whole history between Hook/Neal and what he did to him as a boy I really hope Henry reads Emma the riot act for what she's doing with Hook because I doubt Henry will ever approve of Hook. Or seeing Neal opening his eye's to Emma I mean why is she worth fighting over what kind of women thinks it's okay to kiss or even get to a point sleeping with a man who slept with Emma's son grandmother seriously that is so classless Neal deserves better.

What did Hook steal from Neal, Milah? No, he didn't, she left of her own accord. I'm sure that if she hadn't gone with Killian she would have run off at some point, it was her choice to abandon her son, no one forced her to. There are two sides to a story, Hook and Neal's, so if Henry were to judge Killian on Neal's side or Rumple's side of the story and not take into account the Whole story, I'd be disappointed in him. I'm sure Henry, at least the Henry I've seen on this show, would love for his mom to be happy, he's so mature he wouldn't throw a childish tantrum over who she may or may not love. Emma didn't ask for Neal to fight for her, she actually told him she wanted to move on so that's Neal's unwanted/need-determination. And I'm pretty sure Emma didn't add all that Bae/Hook history up, so she wouldn't know this, and even if she did, she can love whoever the hell she damn well pleases to.Their whole family tree is already screwed up, Emma loving Killian is nothing.

Hook didnt steal anything from Neal, Milah left out of her own choice you know why... look at the episode again why she left, and you know what she left her son with his father, not alone in this world but with his father, how would she know that Rumpel would go all dark and abandon Bae. And you know what its Rumpel who has cost Bae's mum her life by murdering her, and thats fact!!! His father killed his mother - thats the thing that matters and should override what Milah did or Hook and Milah fell in love.
