Bodily functions don't just call stop instantly... Its like a helicopter... Takes time to crash... The helicopter is still in the air but the propellers aren't spinning and the engine is off... Desperado was good because it had the action to go with the story. this movie was more of Latin flavor but the action was missing. Its only this fight scene that brought the movie to life. But other than that it was rather boring. But full credit to Robert Rogriguez. He pulled a movie with only Latin stars Banderas, Hayek, and Eva Mendes. Speaking of Mendes where is she now. Probably the hottest Latin woman after Gabriela Sabatini.

I was a fan of the original El Mariachi and then saw Desperado which was the Anglo version and loved both. However, I remember being a teenager and watching, well more like sitting through this movie with my dad and both of us were irritated by how campy they made this successor. Depps role was pretty good (loved him in both H.S.T. adaptations) as well as Banderas but good lord was this bad.
