If Regina knew then what she knew now that this is her path to becoming the evil Queen. But the big question is if Regina knew that saving Snow White would lead her to be the evil Queen. If Regina relived this moment would Regina choose to save Snow White. or would Regina choose to let Snow die?

Regina was good at that time, so she would save snow white even if she knew that it would lead to Daniel's death. She would probably believe that she could keep an eye on snow white and prevent her telling about her and Daniel to her mother. Tho I think saving snow white wasn't the real reason for Regina to become evil. It was Cora killing Daniel. I believe Cora would know and kill him regardless of presence of snow white.

@@soixsantes you added you opinion 5 months later, interesting 🤔. Well I like coming back to some videos too And I agree that Cora was the evil one, she made Regina evil. Cora was corrupted from the start. I didn't really like how writers gave her redemption in hell tho it's certainly the only place where she would have got it
