Drizella is literally the whole reason I’m invested in this season, she’s got such a complicated story. She deserved so much more I also agree….. Henry and Jacinda/Cinderella have zero chemistry in the real world and enchanted forest version

And I feel like it’s from Jacindas end. I get she’s supposed to be guarded, but it feels like a Walmart brand version of Emma who had guards up but was also so interesting and entertaining to see and also had emotional moments where her walls start to crumble. it also helped Emma was clearly the main character where Jacinda is more a secondary character. i remember when this season came out a lot of people were not vibing with Jacindas actress, saying she just felt miscast in the role

Lana is such a great actress. The way she portrayed Regina from her waking up, to wanting revenge on Drizzela and being gut wrenching when she couldn’t was superb. Lana, Robert, Colin, Drizzela & Tilly’s actresses are carrying this season so far.

It’s such a story parallel to season 3 when Regina is awake and has her memories of Henry but Henry doesn’t remember her. I feel so sad for Regina. She so wants to embrace her son but knows she can't. This episode was so sad for me. 😢😭

This is another one of my favorite episodes of the season!!! It is absolutely phenomenal, and I think Drizella is a fantastic villain!!! I like her character a lot!!!

I understand what you mean about this season..But then I think, there were boring moments in the first 6 seasons also...There were quite a few storylines that I didn't like in previous seasons...I just muddle through them and then the good ones came along...There will be boring moments and some great moments...I just ended up enjoying the whole season....Oh and the ' Wake-up Call' episode is the 6th episode, not the 8th...

Am I the only one who enjoys his frustration to the lack of the old cast and also like how he is lowkey into the show but he is also not as fully committed with this season (Understandably)!! I would say hang in there I found this season to be fun and I was waiting for you to get to this episode!!! FYI this is Episode 6 not 8 not sure if someone else pointed that out already!

I embarrassed to say, the first thing I had to look up on Wiki to see if Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas were still married. The first seasons were so good, same with Grimm. also to see if Giuntoli and Tulloch were still together.

Literally season 7 is just a rollercoaster like u say. It’s very dependent (the most of all the seasons) on which character-centric episode it is revolving around. Cuz when it’s a boring character-centric (Tiana, unfortunately; Jacinda; lady Tremaine) it’s a slugfest with ur faves sitting there twidling their thumbs cuz they get less screentime when they aren’t the focus. And this is unlike the first 6 seasons where when the show began, we had some less interesting people, but they still had quality writing interacting mainly with quality characters in quality scenarios. And then after the curse broke, the main cast was still in every episode with special focuses/character studies done in each episode to flesh out the main cast.

I think part of your frustration is because several of the cast from seasons 1-6 refused to re-sign their contracts. The writers had to figure out what to do with the 3 leads that did agree to season 7. Season 7 wasn’t my favorite, but I found plenty of enjoyable moments that made it worth it. By the way, are you going to watch the spin off Once Upon A Time in Wonderland?
