After that it's nothing more than practice. :D You are going to get smacked in the beginning quite a lot and even if you do learn how to do it it doesn't work on every killer player and in every situation. I am a Jake main but I literally just got the saboteur perk. Its okay and it increases tool kit effectiveness (which is in my opinion the best part of the perk) but there never seems to be that good of a use for sabotaging the hooks unless they are by gens or the exit.
