It's mind-blowing that ancient yogis understood the science of breathing so deeply centuries before modern science!!!☺

This is ' Alternate Breathing '. Practice it everyday, anytime and as much as you can.

Paramahansa Yogananda spoke of Kriya Yoga. So did his predecessors. Called it the airplane route to enlightenment.

Love ur vids mate! In addition to what u say, Da Vinci, arguably (imho together with Tesla) THE genius of the last centuries knew abt what time his creative brain, combined with his dominant left nostrile reathing, was at work. So he simply adjusted his active and rest hours to that during the day, doesnt matter whether it is night or day. After all, the law of rhytm is an universal law. Namaste

I've never read anything about Tesla or DaVinci nose breathing in over 30 years. References?
@slasaus121 күн бұрын
@@the_famous_reply_guy I saw a da vinci doc in which it was mentioned. Through alternative nostrill exercises u will eventually notice it but Da Vince was prob so aligned he knew instantly(/subconsciously) this is the way it works. Or he got influenced by eastern pundits/beliefs... u prob know better than me.

This breath technique has been banned from our karate dojo ever since i've been going there. I'm talking 30 years! Our Sensei couldn't explain why, but thought it was to do with accessing the supernatural. I never do this type of breathing since it is forbidden. ty 4 vid

There's a zen proverb about the finger pointing at the moon. In this case, breath is the "finger". Moving or controlling prana, more subtle than air is the goal of pranayama. Conscious breathing is the equivalent of crawling in learning to walk, don't get stuck crawling 😂

Too much boring description.
@SB-iz8sz18 күн бұрын
It’s a good explanation. Theory is crucial. Boredom is acceptance it’s like a wave it doesn’t last. These days people look for their devices for short mindless relief of boredom. Which isn’t fulfilling.
