27m here, and i just wasted a lot of my time and life seems hopeless back then. But, now i look back in the past two years, and it's been accomplishments one after another. I graduated from college which i thought impossible, i learned japanese, getting licence (i know it's late but...), and was able to save decent amount of money to start business. The most important is having a goal, and keep believing that you're gonna make it plus some consistent actions. And you're gonna see some hope along the way.
@sykexz67933 ай бұрын
Remember, it's never too late to focus and commit. The voice telling you it's over, that it's too late, is the same voice that led you to misery in the first place. It's the voice that seeks the easy way out, that wants you to relax, procrastinate, and avoid facing your responsibilities. If you don't take control of this voice, it will take control of your life. Fight against it as if your life depends on it-because it does.

I've been locked in for a few years now. It's true that motivation gets you started but discipline/routine gets you results. Its as simple as this - keep the promises you make to yourself. If you plan to go to gym 4x per week. Do it. No excuses. People tend to break promises they made to themselves easier than they break promises made to others - their boss etc.

I’ve been reading this book called Magnet for Women by Borlest, and it really offers a fresh take on attraction and relationships. It doesn’t follow the usual advice you hear but instead dives into the real psychology behind it. If you’re into personal growth and understanding how attraction works on a deeper level, it’s definitely something to consider!

As a 22 year old I said this same advice to my friends. When you focus on yourself 100% you will create discipline and become a stronger version of yourself sooner than later. I was out of shape. I got fit recently. I stopped watching porn as well I believe a few months ago. I started attracting way more women but I am ok with being single for now. I like the female attention though. I just focus on my career, family, and friends. I don’t want a relationship or any insane responsibilities now. I want to be alone.

In January, I will be 22 years old. Since the age of 15, I have wanted my transformation. There have been better and worse moments. I seemingly fulfilled my dreams got into the college I wanted and got a job, but my physique is far from what I wanted to achieve in life. I had a long way behind me, I learned how to dress, how to talk to women and everything was already wonderful, but a few things changed my life and my figure took away my confidence. (I weighed 77kg, skinnyfat, now i'm just weigh 93kg 30% bf and i still do the split). This video is a huge motivation.I hope that by my birthday I will have at least achieved my goal a little bit ( in 3 months)

I am working on three things right now, and I’m 16, turning 17. First: I want to get closer to God. I want to build an actual relationship with Him to the point where I’m talking to Him every day. Second: I want to be successful at a young age, so I am working on making money. Lastly: I am working on myself physically. I want to be as attractive as you but a bit more aesthetic than bulky. So, I’m focusing on my skin, body, and overall health. I am so confused right now about where to start, and your videos are overwhelming because there are so many! I don’t know where to begin because they’re all so good. With that said, I just want to say I love all your videos, and you are my inspiration
