I am very sensitive to others especially when I meet many and I feel the vibration. To protect myself, I don’t buy any second hands personal belongings especially clothes and jewelry because it’s very possible to carry extremely negative energy. I also practice more mindfulness via meditation since watching your messages. The working environment is full of toxic energy and I feel very drained

Dude ! Omg ! How i learned i was Sensitive is by EXPERIENCES ! Lord oh Lord, did i ever learn. But learning a technique to protect myself is a whole different ball game ,, Its not just "wash in water" or "shine your white light" ! I actually call upon my Ancestral Spirits to surround me, that is what i have learned works for me.

Your talks about 2024 have been spot on me, the year of the dragon talk and when people would start quitting (it wasn't all about quitting new habits, some old friends have quit being so recluse and contacted me to hang out or just chat). And At least for me, this is a grand year of change so I cant avoid shifting towards new energies and staying to my goal, whether it's always up or moments of stillness! I've only found your channel a couple weeks now and Ive found more determination in myself in the end of 2023 and now onwards. Thank you!

I'm an Empath, and I absorb really quickly. I am also Clairaudient. Usually I tend to do a detox ritual on the things I buy because I don't know what kinds of energies are on these things. I tend to use Sage, Sandalwood, or Palo Santo to cleanse and then I meditate on the object to set the intention. I am HIGHLY protective of who I allow in my energy.

Good morning Show 😊 Congratulations on 200k! I've always been sensitive to others' energies. It can get me into trouble, especially because there are people that pick up on that and exploit it. I'm still learning the balance there. I want to protect myself without cutting myself off from others or worse- shutting off from my awareness. With places I feel like I can adjust to the energies after the initial intensity. Your friend's mother telling them to gtfo is basically how I respond once I'm settled. This is stuff I was more mindful of 20 or so years ago as a very spiritual teenager. That shut off from my awareness has been weighing me down. Even a few minutes of focusing on my breath each day makes a big difference for me and it's easy to forget that after a long time without it. I needed this reminder, thank you so much. I never thought about things' energy very much with a few exceptions with thing directly connected to people that have really hurt me. I was raised in a hoarder house so I think I had to be numb to all that stuff. I definitely have things I need to let go of and will be letting go of.
