This setup NEEDS MORE POWER! It's under watted by at least 3 more amps of the same wattage... Each sub only gets 459-475 watts each, and they are rated for 1200w RMS. What in the actual F is going on?

What up bro.... seem like you have some knowledge... so it's got two avatar 12s...3k rms a peace right now on a 4500 watt skar.. of course they are being under powered. I got a 8k NVX amp getting fixed.. do you think I'll get more output if I put the 8k on just ONE of the subs in a custom box?

Big box = efficient takes less power to get to xmaxx or just babying subs

@@phenomfacemob1011 cone area is king. those avatars are really stiff tho. A korean 6k or brazilian 8k per would be ideal in my opinion, my 2 12's do 46's @28 under on about 4k clamped. however Its much harder to get a number like that on a single 12 even with an 8k. build the box a little bigger than whats about normal for 2 12's and play around with space in the box to find the sweet spot. Id suggest a larger box unless you plan to put it on more power later on.

@salenty2361 right now i have stock alt. So I'm not getting the power anyway... I have a 8k NVX I'm going to put on them and see if that makes a difference it should tho

I’m actually a bit surprised he isn’t making 150db, says 149 on his front window. Considering Jacob’s shown one 18” making over 153 and mine made a 152.15@36 and I’ve made improvements since. This guy should hook up about 3 smart8k’s and I bet he will get mid 50’s

each sub is only getting 460 watts of power... they are rated for 1200w RMS... those speakers cannot push like they want to... at 1/3 power. Thats why he cant make 150!

Yeah he’s getting 450 watts a piece before rise. He might be lucky to see 300 watts rms per sub. That’s how it’s not breaking a 50
