Hi Avil, just do the exercise with three fingers of one hand on the floor that I showed in the video and try to hold it for long, like 30 seconds if that is the time you want to reach. Always practice both arms for the one arm handstands. and do a lot of normal handstand holds for 2-3 minutes against the wall, that will increase your resistance.

Hallo Alfredo, try to keep your legs slightly in front of you and really tuck the hips under. That can help. It might be that the twist comes from your shoulders being uneven or an arched back. Imagine that your torso is square, nothing moves. dont think about having to move your hip to the side. The transfer is a smaller and more subtle movement than you think. hope that helps :)

Hey Natalie! I really love your channel and appreciate the work you do. I was wondering if you are from Germany? And if so do you have another channel in German?
@NatalieReckert7 жыл бұрын
Hi Jeremy, thanks. Yes I am German. I have so far only published in English as it reaches a wider audience. Ich werde schauen, ob ich auch ein paar Tutorials auf Deutsch veröffentlichen kann. Viele Grüße
