not a word about the double door, right of the entrance. I know, this is Italy, and that kind of odd arrangement, where a bit of the groundfloor is owned by someone else is not uncommon. clarifying this would be helpful, as would clarifying whether there is any possibility of acquiring that groundfloor.

No possibility of purchasing the ground floor. As you pointed out in Italy this is extremely common, especially in town homes, most of the properties here are divided in this way.

Cute little place just perfect size for a single person. €85.000 is a great price for Ostuni. I'd think that doorway to the kitchen could be improved. There is a chimney up on the front part of the deck, but no fireplace. That seems to be above the kitchen. What's on the ground floor? Is that part of this property?
