Hello, Appreciate your thorough review! I was wondering if the camera can be set up to stand still on a specific angle / not to rotate? (the specific area I want to monitor has a lot of traffic and passers-by). I also like the autonomy it has power-wise, but I'm worried about the solar panel during a hail storm

I own a home base 3 with 1tb ssd, this camera, 2 of the s330 4k, the dual camera doorbell and 2 2k cameras in the backyard. I have been extremely happy with the eufy cams. You can’t walk up on my house without being recorded. 👍

I want to eventually add the base too for increased features and storage. I will eventually replace my Nest doorbell for a Eufy. So far loving this brand too.

One thing that is annoying though is not being notified when vehicles pass. I do want a recording of them but I just don't want a notification every time a car passes by. Is there a way to disable this with the base?

@@UltratecJSI really couldn’t say because my garage is about 600ft from the main road and never get those notifications. Now you can have the camera record everything but have to activate the silent mode or will drive you crazy. I do this in my backyard with the dogs or I would never sleep 😂

@@UltratecJSBEWARE: Had both since 11/2023. The last downloaded update on the S340 they intentionally removed some Features including Pet motion detection and cut motion detection range in half. Both without notice and just confirmed by customer support that this deletion of service was intended. How can they do this?!?! ALSO: they've cut the onboard memory S380 in half from 16gb to 8 gb!! This is all unacceptable!!

Thanks for the great video! I have this camera and it’s great! I also had to move the solar panel higher to get Sunlight. Have you reviewed the wired Eufy E340? I’m having problems with night detection on it.

I'm glad you liked the video! I am going to get the wired one in a few weeks to replace an old floodlight so that will be coming soon.
