One Car Stereo Portable Android Head Unit Reciever with FM Transmitter

One Car Stereo sent me out a portable Android receiver to review. This is perfect for my backup car since it has an FM tranmitter as my factory radio has no AUX input or Bluetooth. I was also able to power my Amazon Echo Auto with it's USB port so that I could use Alexa.
Something I noticed while using this on a hot day is that if my phone overheats, the reciever will continue to run the navigation software even if my phone can't load it directly.

How is the sound quality via FM transmitter? Will it be comparable with Bluetooth 4.0 or 5.0?

It sounded alright unless I was near a radio station tower. I found it sounded a little better than just using a straight up Bluetooth FM transmitter such as amzn.to/488nPNj.

@@VampyreX13 Thanks. The problem with my Chevy cruze is that both Bluetooth and Aux ports are blocking high frequencies hence I am getting substandard quality audio output. This is the reason I am searching for another wireless solution with high quality.

@rohan26may1 that is strange for an AUX input to have some sort of low pass filter on it and that the same issue happens with Bluetooth. I would check with other Chevy Cruze owners and see if their radios have the same problem. You might need to tackle the issue from a different angle depending on where the source of the problem is.
