Hi Chris, yes a good one thanks. 29 so far, back to my usual 30 ish which is nice. Hopefully one more to go from the Earn to make 30. Not working away as much this year has made all the difference, I was barely home last year and just didn't have the time to get out.

Good work, knowing the water on such a big river is so important. Hope to wet a line next season as just haven’t had the time this year. Enjoyed your videos all season again, winter well 👍

Well done again sir What’s the tying of that shrimp fly as I cannot find it anywhere Thanks again Iain for another great video 🎣🎣🎣🎣

Hi John, it's similar to a curry's red shrimp. I'll try and dig the tying for it out. If you message me on Facebook or email me, it may be easier to send it that way. Iainlaw54@gmail.com. thanks 👍

Thank you for your videos. Would it be possible to adjust your camera angle so we can see what your hands are doing when you are fly-fishing?
@scottishoutdoorlifeАй бұрын
Hi Roderick, I wear the go pro on my head so I can't point it that far down unfortunately or youd just see hands and water. You see the people's hands that wear it on their chest. Thanks for watching 👍

Great video again Iain....is it ok to ask what size and colour you mainly use for your flying c's and toby spinners? Kind regards John

Hi John, of course. I use black flying Cs with either a black bead or an illuminous yellow bead and some with yellow inners on the rubber. I tend to use a 28g silver toby or 30g silver salmo toby. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 👍

Hi John, black or black and yellow flying Cs with silver blades. Or 28 and 30g silver tobys. Thanks for watching, hope this helps.
