A Pacific Blue story... I was visiting my friends house in CA and her granddaughter had been given a bunch of polishes from a retiring manicurist. She told me I could pick out what I wanted and there was 2 original Pacific Blues unopened in the bunch... guess what polish I got?? The granddaughter who was learning to do nails had no ideal how much the original Pacific Blue polishes were worth. I lucked out... yipee!! Love the color!

For anyone who's interested in OPI Push and Shove, it was on clearance at Ulta for a while (not sure if it still is, though). I've also seen it at TJ Maxx and Marshalls recently.

I found an original Pacific blue at rite aid last week! I was so flippin excited I needed a back up bottle and had lost all hope of finding one other than on ebay! It was in the very back n really dusty so you could tell ot had been there awhile but its mine now! :-)

With OPI Push and Shove I put my normal base, then a smooth layer of top coat and then Push and Shove and that works super well! :)

***** yes, there is! The new one is a darker blue jelly with silver shimmer. The label on the bottle is different too, you can google it and see some side by side comparisons!

sally hansen top coat is great over regular polish. keeps it from chipping and lasts about a week or more.

I am dying over Pacific Blue. I got into polishes at the time SH changed the formula. I was able to buy 2 but so not sure if this is old formula or the new one. How can I tell? Love your nail vids!

dumplings1688 The old bottle will say "Pacific Blue 420" on the front of the label and has a normal X vs. the new formula that has an elongated X in the logo. The new one is also a darker blue jelly with silver glitter! If you have IG (or email it) you can send me a picture and I'd be happy to let you know which one you have!

Awwwww.... Can I ask where you found out about the fact that Zoya will be discontinuing their PixieDusts??? I have at least 4 and they're all some of my favorite polishes (like you said they're all super long wearing w/o a top coat) so I'm actually kind of bummed to hear that. That said I thought Ling was beautiful so guess I'll be picking that up when I make my next Zoya order. I've been wanting to get a color just like that for a while! :)

I found Pacific Blue at Ulta like, less than a month ago. Actually, I found a bottle of the new formula and a bottle of the old formula, which was extremely convenient, since I was actually explaining the reformulation to my best friend when we found them. It was almost fate!

You may be able to answer this... but I have a very dark grey shimmer from Essie that is an amazing one coater, but when I bought it, it had no name on it... so I have NO idea what it's called!! I can provide a photo if you have no ideas, but you seem to have a knack for finding dupes/similars/etc... so I figured I'd ask! Thank you!
