Great video again Gabriel. How you caught the first bus was marvellously instructive. Just in case you were not aware there is an exit tax when leaving Bangladesh. If you go by air it's already in the airfare. If by land you pay it at the bank.

Most of the 'Indian' restaurants in the UK are owned by people from Sylhet.
@goostrey4210 Жыл бұрын
That’s because for centuries Sylhetis were employed as “lascars” (crewmen on British merchant ships) and the ones who were abandoned at UK ports made up the kernel of the British Indian community.

Gabriel, you are outdoing yourself covering the hustle and bustle of every day life in Bangladesh, as well as capturing the sights. At times it is even overwhelming. Years ago I used to travel just like you, experiencing new cultures. But that was before smart phones and GoPros. Now I relive those years through your videos. Love it! BTW I used to work and live in Mendocino County in the 70s and 80s. Still have friends there. A beautiful area! Great place to come home to.

Watching your Bangladesh coverage, we see a country that is vibrant, colorful and intense, to use one of your adjectives, but also a country that is chaotic, desperate and dirty. I follow your travels partly to figure out where i might go myself and now i know that Bangladesh will not be on my list. That's fine because few of us can go everywhere as you do and so we limit our choices. I'm also sure that some of your other followers will make the opposite decision and put Bangladesh on their bucket list. Also fine. Whatever we decide for out future travels, we can all thank you for letting us make better travel decisions for ourselves. Here, as usual, your music selections are perfect.

I like how you just observe and leave the opinions to your viewers, by and large. You have offered up opinions of what you are seeing, food-wise, calling stuff "strange" and / or "weird" but, usually you just hang back and observe, what is going on, which always is ... SOMETHING ELSE! Also, I would always choose bus rides, especially longer ones, where there are lavatories aboard.

This journey thru Bangladesh seems not one for the average tourist. Everything seems to be a bit of a struggle(uncomfortable bus seats) to cheap fast food (somosas) that make me think that you should avoid unless it's a last resort. Never the less I'm gaining a different perspective thru Gabe's lens that I would'nt have imagined. Would I travel here. Maybe. But more importantly I'm entertained from the confines of my cozy warm home. Cheers. Toronto Canada.

That's not somosa that's called shingara made by potato spices onions sometime meat and that's healthy don't worry and that's actually expensive shingara with that size it was supposed to be cheaper 10 tk have bigger size and if you eat 4 of them you'r stomach will fill up for next 4 hour.
