@AdeOladipo1 felt for you yesterday mate, was like pulling teeth with Daniel. I can't help but feel Daniel is slightly arrogant doing media. He should be reminded that he's getting alot of money for fighting, including media obligations.

weird way to interpret it. He's a bit awkward and is obviously nervous. He also is stressed for his fight. Why does he owe you anything

Hey let people be themselves, he is not a seller, he is not slow either. He talks to you and small crowds but he doesn’t feel comfortable with cameras and a lot of attention, this are simple traits of an introspective person. On fight night doing what he knows best he will not feel the pressure. We must accept that people can have a shy personality, extroverts don’t get it
@kyle14938 сағат бұрын
Cmon bro he's a little slow but that's okay
@rickisunak7 сағат бұрын
Agreed mate - similar to Joyce. Both of them are probably quite intelligent in a lot of ways that aren't the norm. You can tell by their vocabulary (not their pace).
@weetabix26 сағат бұрын
As an introvert I completely agree. I think Dubois feels awkward in situations like that. I guarantee however that videos such as these, if he’s sees this, is not going to improve things none. We’ve been spoiled with some massive personalities but not everyone can be like that.
@msmudga6 сағат бұрын
Selling the fight is part of it. Got to play the game or can’t expect to be paid for it
@weetabix26 сағат бұрын
@@msmudga Rubbish! So you are now saying that personality trumps fighting ability? This ain’t reality TV mate, it’s blue ribbon heavyweight boxing.
@breadbreaker5008 сағат бұрын
The job selling the fight was done in the face to face. It doesn’t need anymore selling. 96k stadium, likely big PPV. They’re now saving their energy for the fight

Man hopefully Parker's not serious about fighting at 270, he tried to play the size game vs Joyce (and he was still only 255 then) and it backfired badly. His advantage is his speed, he loses more than he gain by putting on more weight.

The pressure is on daniel, aj might think this is his last crack at gold or leveling up but he's already had his time. AJ already slayed warriors at a young age but daniel is in his position now. This is the breaking point for daniel
@ezekielthemack7 сағат бұрын
Rubbish, the pressure is ALL on AJ. Do the math. Daniel is 27 and AJ is almost 35. Daniel has time on his side to rebuild, AJ does not.
@Lee-fc3yf2 сағат бұрын
Complete nonsense, he's 27 FFS...having his first big fight..you'd expect AJ to knock the quitter out and then who is in position? If AJ beats Usyk and Fury then retires that's a HOF career.

Dubois will never be a Poster Boy. There's quite a few meme's related to his personality from yesterday's presser 😂
@TBO24888 сағат бұрын
Yeah Ade’s being a bit selfish here and thinking of himself. If he wasn’t hosting it he probably wouldn’t be bothered that it was boring. Ade done best he could and that’s it. He done a great job. But don’t take it out on Dubois because he couldn’t be arsed to trash talk. It’s not his nature. Same as AJ also. Seems like he’s taking it a bit personal when he shouldn’t. That’s my observation
@ALW-nc6 сағат бұрын
I didn't find the press conference boring. I thought the venue was classy & the boys spoke their bits with a normal face off. The fight is already sold. I can't wait. Don't need a table thrown or a push on the face off. I'd rather the action happen in the ring. Ade was great too. Cheeky questions too

Hey Ade! Have you noticed how Mayweather and Pacquiao always had a media coach with them for every interview and press conference? I really think Daniel could benefit from some media training too. It would help him feel more comfortable speaking up. Just look at AJ-he used to be a bit shy, but now he’s so confident and at ease in the spotlight!

When it comes to pressers I believe Fury always had to sell it because he was awful to watch, guys like these two the fans know what to expect and it’s fireworks, M Tyson in the 80’s/90’s didn’t really say or do much at pressers and it was usually Don selling them fights along with the others he promoted, promoters job to promote really… Also I agree with the middleweight state same as the welterweight, two of the greatest divisions ever are shocking at the moment

And as far as his obligations he fulfilled every last obligation he never told you he didn't want to give you an interview he gave you all the interviews he showed to the press conference he talked he wasn't silent when you asked him a question he's just not going to give you a 15 159 going to give you a thousand words you know like some fighters are very open and and you know that's just not his nature bro so he filled all his obligations but nevertheless he did what he was asked and he fulfilled his obligation that's just what it is so speaking to Frank Frank can't make him talk that's just not who he is bro we come to see him fight nobody cares about how much he talks we just want to see him fight bro 💯

Surely its within the Production team’s brief to create an environment and setting that gets the most out of the two personalities. Why give a stage to two silent assassins? They set themselves up for this failure. Theres nothing Ade could have done more, he was set up for a fall with these two personalities.
