The main thing Joe does different now , he never stops working ,has realised what it takes to be a true professional In his earlier years he would take long breaks, get out of shape , go into camp overweight , rusty and unfit

Correct. I’m based here in NZ and it’s clear he is training the house down between fights. At the moment he has no fight scheduled in but is training harder than he has ever done. Being fight ready is reflective of the pro he has become.

Ben Davison is a professional. He did a lot for tyson fury, and tyson fury kicked him to the curb as soon as his dad told him too. Ben is a great fit for aj, he works with the fighters attributes, he doesn't try to change them, then studies the opponent and there weakness, strengths and tells and comes up with a plan a, b, c and d, and works on set ups and drills for that fighter. To many trainers tried changing aj and didn't have the best plans, especially for the first usyk fight, aj is a great boxer and wanted to prove it by outboxing usyk. Totally wrong gameplan for usyk and took away all aj attributes

I like parker but don't agree that Anthony Joshua beats Daniel dubois. When parker fought Anthony Joshua the ref was paid to stop parker from working inside as soon as Joseph got close the ref would keep stopping both men fighting Anthony Joshua didn't fight parker fair.

Joseph has improved loads but the thing with dubois is he can take a shot just as good as he can give one and thats the thing, dubois is now the future of British boxing and will achieve greatness over the next ten years ,he needs to right the wrong with joyce and in another year i think he will be at the point of dethroning olexander usyk and tbh i think most of the heavyweight division will duck DDD 100%

After a fight with him actually. Watch the last face-off again and notice how unsettled DDD was seeing a man on a switched on mode...hands in pockets...DDD's clenching hoping AJ doesn't swing. Saturday or Sunday it's about who can stay in control and you've AJ's ability to tease with fists and words.
