Actually I'm pretty sure the girl/boy who made this town just used a app call "qr my design" where you can convert pictures on your phone and turn it into a qr code and bam you have a image. I use it for my town so yeah.

Nicola Coombs I don't know what the kids use nowadays, but there's a computer program called "anicro desparo" that you could upload an image to and it'll convert it to a pattern. No skill needed xD
