Doesn't anyone think that this feels a lot like the situation they are in right now? Each one of them on their separate ways, looking back at what they did and where they are now - "but that was then, and this is now", also Zayn's verse "maybe you still think I don't care" which resembles how he thinks the rest of the boys or even some fans see him.
