This is THE *most* applicable and easily sustainable single-dumbbell-at-home routine I've found, after a lot of searching. So many other sources toss in stuff that's easy to forget about once you click away from it. Thank you! Applicable value, no faff.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I haven't been able to go to the gym due to my busy work schedule lately. I found this work out and it's become my Stat at home workout in those cm"cant go to the gym" days! Love it

I've only recently got clean after 28 years of addiction and started working out again. While I was in rehab in 2019 I did crossfit up to stage 3, which was the first time in my life I'd ever worked out. I was very reluctant at first, but after seeing the physical and visual benefits after a few months I started to love going to the gym. However as I left rehab and got back into "normal life" I let other things take over and lost my discipline. I've just started home workouts in the last 6 weeks and started to get back into it again and found some discipline from somewhere. I'm naturally skinny and have just bought a big bucket of mainly cars and make myself shakes with ice cream, peanut butter, honey, banana after breakfast in the morning. I'm putting on weight very slowly. I Started at 9 and a half stone and now I'm 10 and a half. I've got one 10kg dumbell. Is this heavy enough to put muscle on for my height 5' 10" and weight? I'm 47 years old and have an aortic valve replacement I had I'm 2014 (Mainly due to my history of addiction), but my heart is in good condition and my heart readings are perfect, given the circumstances. I do 50 press ups a day and 100 sit ups and already have signs of a six pack. Do you recommend this workout on top of what I'm doing and with the 10kg? I also find squats and legs challenging because I've got dodgy knees, but I have big calfs anyway so not being able to do much leg work doesn't bother me that much. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

pov: you lost one of the two bolts needed to make the second dumbbell and now you have 1 dumbbell and 1 extra bolt

I bought a dumbell bar with weights but because of poor math I only got half of the plates I need for 2 full dumbbells, now I need to make do of it until I the additional bars arrive

many professionals say do not count reps. set a timer and do as many as you can in that time. usually 15 to 30 seconds.

@@Dragnmastralex what, setting reps is very important especially when starting out, if you set yourself to a time span you will often rush the exercise weakening the effect and potentially damaging yourself.

Normal is 3-4 sets and 8-15 reps, it's normal for your arms

I'd go as high as you can. As you feel that dumbell is easier to lift go up in weight to keep the progression Rollin! Best of gains brotha 💪

I do 2 sets of 15 each 3 times a week. You can also do 3 sets of 10 but I prefer the former.

I'm here cuz I have just one dumbell 40lbs and I'm too lazy to go to the gym. I can do rows and squeez curls etc with the dumbell but single handed are quite heavy with it. I want to have some real nice forearms which I didn't have even though I masturbate every single day twice for past 13 years. So anyone would like to send me a 5-10kg dumbell?
