1, intro from this made pull a face and howl like a wolf who just stumped his toe. ( think I get the whole lone wolf/ moon cat thang) 2 , thank you as always fella. A simple approach for lack of a better term but the emotion it emparts is so valid. 3, YOU THE MANNN !!!

I find it amazing, and almost amusing, that Jason's lesson videos are quite often more entertaining than typical straight up white boy blues band music vids. I hate to have to qualify my comment but there's nothing racial intended. So many fine African-American harp players were / are into the music they're playing, while many young white players seem to be more interested in impressing fans and themselves with their own abilities. I dig that Jason encourages players to not get stuck in a rut. "You be you". Start out simple and then kick it up and vice versa. It seems to me Jason Ricci practices what he preaches, and his fans reap the rewards.

Added this to my Watch Later list _and_ my Favorites list...just to remind myself I don't have to play the whole harp on every solo to keep things interesting. In fact, doing so can actually make things _less_ interesting over time. Now, I get to practice filling the _big_ box with lots of _smaller_ boxes. Rain forests, deserts, oceans, islands, rivers, mountains...there's a whole planet of musical metaphors to explore. Thanks _again_ for the reminder!
