the jump she does before she pitch, would that be illegal in a game?

Yes unfortunately. Once you leave the mound, you must be in the pitching motion.

The jump is illegal yes, however the pitcher can have one foot back before the pitch. Pitchers no longer have to have both feet on the rubber. The jump here is used to help with muscle memory pertaining to load and push off.

That’s amazing! Give yourself some time, you have a lot of growth ahead of you. She is right around 60, and spends a lot of time in the gym. Start working into a solid strength and conditioning program on a regular basis!
