To clarify something: Under Mitch Baker segment, it is mentioned that he has a Purple Heart, and while he might have earned one in the story, Purple Hearts are awarded to those who are wounded in action, not just for accomplishing the mission.

I love most of these characters. There is also unused phone call conversations between Mercedes and Tommy in which their relationship would've been focused on, Mercedes would be more enamored and insistent that Tommy hangs out with her before gradually losing interest in Tommy, being that he cares primarily about himself and works to take over Vice City, something Mercedes would point out to him. This infatuation trait would later be carried over to Catalina with CJ.
