I love watching Toni's mouth during the instrumental. She's got a real look of 'this is where I need to concentrate' throughout it, then at 2:24 she breaks in to her beautiful infectious smile! A great performance by all 4 of the musicians.

Watch Toni's mouth when she picks and then the smile. She's so expressive. Her left hand is very smooth. This piece is sort of percussive, but other songs shows a smooth float. Good stuff. Thanks.

About 45 years ago, I was in the middle of an overnight drive. It was early in the morning and was in a pretty bad mood. I only had 2 cassettes in my car so I was pretty limited in my music selection. One cassette really cheered me up and had me moving to the music. When I got home, the next day, I wrote a letter to the singer telling them how great it was having their music on the trip. It really made a big difference to my outlook at the time. Some music has an, almost magical, power to touch people. This video had that effect on me. Thank you to the 4 of you

Dear Christine - This great composition by Gerry Goffin and Carol King was released by the Chiffons in 1963. It does have that 50s doowop feel to it however. I find this version delicate and refined.
