Hi thank you soo much. In Mauritus we make zassar lichou meaning cabbage anchaar. We put carots green beans and cabbage,green chillies and do same procedure but not in water. we grind methi mustard , galic and turmeric and we mix all vegs after being blanched and dry a bit in the sun and mix all ingredients adding a littke salt and oil and put in a jar with a little and consume it everyday so yummy
