One Gallon Brewing: Marzen

Welcome back to another episode of One Gallon Brewing. In this video I brew our first lager which happens to be a German Classic, Marzen.
Marzen Recipe:
1.25 lbs. Vienna Malt
8 oz Pilsner Malt
8 oz Munich Dark Malt
.4 oz Saaz Hops (60 min)
.1 oz Hallertau Hops
1/4 Whirlfloc tablet (5min)
Saflager S-23 Yeast
Mash Schedule
148 for 20 min.
158 for 40 min.
170 for 10 min.

True but I like brewing small. If you ever had a 5-gallon fermenter leak, you would understand.
