Measure the amount of beans before putting them in the machine. For a double espresso shot you will require 15gms of beans. So measure them first and then put the exact amount (15gms) in the machine

Any option for placing the portafilter directly under this instead of the jar ? I tried it directly but the powder flies everywhere

Well, if it doesn't have that option then it's better to first collect the grounds in the jar and then fill the portafilter. The coffee machines that come with the grinder have a slot to place the portafilter directly.

Hey, yes it grinds perfect coffee for Espresso Machine. I have shown the finest grind of this machine suitable for Espresso maker in this video itself, you can refer it. For an Espresso Machine, ideally you need fine ground coffee, not super fine though.

Should avoid this if you are looking just for an espresso machine, doesn’t grind the finest even in the maximum fine setting, i could see a lot of white coffee chaffs in the grind which made my espresso shot channel out very quickly
