Hi Akari, 1st, thank you so much for doing what you're doing. I have printed off This adapter for my my middle son who has no use of his left hand. But he would like to be able to play video games with his younger brother on our PS5. Unfortunately I'm not very good at following written instructions and would really benefit from either a picture tutorial or a video on how to build this for a right handed person. But I don't see one all I've seen is left handed instruction.Also some of my parts look slightly different from yours which I find odd. I don't know if there's extra pieces that were printed as mounts or not so again if I had a picture tutorial or video that would greatly help me sort this out. Do you have anything like that available? Thank you so much for your time.

As a one handed gamer, I welcome de ingenuity, and the design seems sound. Even in dual stick intensive games (FPSes) I can see the bottom stick bring used for less precise actions (movement) while the analogue sick being used for aiming. I have a friend that also plays one handed, and he doesn't use any adaptation. I'll surely send him this video. Have you considered adapting the design for the Xbox and Switch controller? I'll still suggest he tries this with a Titan One / Chronus Max adapter, but that's basically a 100+ USD investment in a new controller and adapter, workout even counting the 3d print. Great work anyhow.
@AkakiKuumeri3 жыл бұрын
If you do try it out please let me know how it went. I’m always looking for feedback on how well these designs work outside my own testing. I don’t think it’s be worth it to get an expensive adapter just for this. I might try and modify this to work for the Xbox controllers. The trouble is, they’re not symmetrical so I have to make two different ones. And on top of that, there are like 4 different generations of Xbox controllers, are ever so slightly differently shaped… For switch, I really don’t think anything like this is needed to begin with, there are a bunch of much simpler solutions that just reposition the joycons in different orientations for one-handed play, and the switch is more open to a ton of speciality controllers through the GameCube controller adapter
