@@chdreturns Raw Like Sushi is probably one of the greatest debut albums in modern R&B. She had another hit (if you're thinking of "Buffalo Stance"). What was that one? Oh yeah, "Manchild", but I think it was even bigger in the UK. Her stepbrother is in fact, Eagle Eye Cherry, who was definitely a one-hit wonder, if you're discounting the Santana duet, in which I am. She's put out consistently good albums as well as lead-off singles to the present day. Raw Like Sushi was a mark of what was to come with Angie Stone, Macy Gray, Erykah Badu, (to an extent) Lauryn Hill and Martina Topley-Bird ushering in the more prominent and acclaimed alternative R&B and avant-pop of the mid-90's to early '00's.

I've spoken with people from different Spanish-speaking countries, and yes it is true that there are TONS of different accents. In fact, in Argentina we have a very particular way of speaking because we don't use "tú" but "vos" instead and we change aaall the verbs accordingly. I'm used to hearing different accents or ways of speaking Spanish, and usually the Spanish shown in american mass media sounds clearly off (and I'm sure you could say the same about English portrayed in other countries). This isn't the case, but it does sound a bit off? It's not entirely wrong, it just sounds unnatural to me.

If I had to guess it's because he's Ecuadorian. Not to mention Argentinian Spanish is quite divergent from much of Latin America.

Sounds like something playing on the radio that triggers Michael Douglas’s rampage in Falling Down, complete with car horn sound effects.
Story Time: I'm currently my name is Rigo im 27, and ever since the eighth grade I've always gotten the nickname Rico Suave, After getting the nickname for so many years, I finally looked up the music video recently and i'm proud to say that I do not regret 😂

"I hate this moron." Todd in the Shadows I was drinking Pepsi when you said this and the out of nowhere comment made me laugh and spit up some of the Pepsi. Very well done. Also when you get a chance of course you now owe me a Pepsi.

This is one of the few OHW songs that I actually hate more than Laffy Taffy so it hurts me that Todd actually learned it to play at the beginning

I still like this one, and it's follow up "We Want The Funk". Gerardo's success was short-lived but he was all right with me!

.....George clinton doesn't need to get in good with the critics. He's a legend who almost every rapper ever has sampled

8:17 George Clinton had 2Pac, Ice Cube and OutKast for relevancy, and that's just off the top of my head.

No joke, sexiest song I’ve heard in years. Literally just because of how he says Rico Suave. But still though
