This is so good! Would so enjoy more of these hour long workouts. I had done this awhile back and had forgotten how challenging these bands can be. Thank you for keeping us fit😌

Wowza, I got resistance bands for Christmas and looking for some awesome routines with em and maaaan you're a beast! Your warm up was my workout, and I'm sore as heckkkk today. Gonna try again to get through the full routine soon!

I was a litte bit too tired to work out with dumbbells , so I thought exercising with a band would be a good idea, since a band is a little light thing, isn't it ? How wrong I was ! This warm up had me burning, and there was more to come. I felt my triceps 70% of the time. Maybe because I used a band with handles ?

Many would have quit by the end of warmup.. it wasn't warm up mam... it's full scale shoulder workout... especially with heavy bands

I’d recommend using a lighter band. I’m using a Theraband in resistance “light”. If needed, use your bodyweight only.

Yes, but it would need to be on the lighter side or it may not be do-able for some (and by some I mean me)

Hi Larie. Tragedy struck at the 32 minute mark of your video...my band snapped in half! Mine did not have handles like yours does. What brand are you using?
