As much as I love the Horse Guards, I thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour. I'll never be able to see London in person so your wanderings make it like I'm walking with you.

John, thank you for all the time and work you put into these videos. I’m from USA and I have learned so much from you about your wonderful country and you do it in such a pleasurable way. School was never like this. Love your laugh and how you put “info” about the crazy people you see. What a wonderful imagination!!!!

Beautiful morning walk through the parks. You are so lucky to have such lovely parks in the heart of the city. I prefer travelling during the off season, it’s not as crazy busy with tourists. Thank you for a grand morning 😊👍🏻

Just think about taking a plot of land, designing every detail, like placement of buildings, the architecture, the road/walkways, the spectacular fountain, the greenery/forestry/waterway and of course Buckingham Palace the main feature, is a wonder all on it's own. How this came about, so very many years ago, had a brilliant vision, that attracts throngs of people from around the world, is mindboggling.

I am very glad you are being careful in traffic. As it would extremely pi** me off if you were a sizzling pancake on the tarmac, then what the hell would I do everyday. I would be forced to move to London and hang out at horse guards which I would love but I cannot compete with your magnificent narrative.

I grew up at Millbank, so St James’s Park was my local park and had a great childrens playground. More info on the pelicans: “First introduced to the park in 1664 as a gift from the Russian Ambassador, over 40 pelicans have since called the park home. Isla, Tiffany and Gargi, and our more recent new additions Sun, Moon and Star can often be found basking on their favourite rocks in the middle of the lake. You can often see them being fed between approximately 2:30pm and 3:00pm each day, next to Duck Island Cottage.”

Thanks John takes me back to my childhood living in Chiswick. visited many parks my mum used to take us out a lot especially in school holidays we used to go a lot to Kew gardens as well, I was chased age 3 by Chinese geese I was so small I ran and hid under a Japanese maple to get away from them. I was terrified they kept hissing at me. Happy days!

On well these things happen ! I'll try and remember what I said on the original 😁. I'd happily pay £4 to sit for two hours in a deckchair taking in the glorious sunshine , sights and sounds around the park ! Go to the Palace with those crowds ? No thank you ! My worst nightmare 😶 So thanks John for going on our behalf 😘. Now you're slipping John, what was the name of the squirrel , did you get a close look at his paw ? Was it Nutkin? 😂😂😂. I hope the couple from York ( beautiful city ) got to see their son after you took them round . As always John many thanks xxx

I could honestly spend 12 months in London and explore everything and still not see it all. Such a beautiful place to live. You are very lucky. All those tourists. The food places in the park looked packed with people. The economy during tourist season would bring a fair amount of money in. But the views really out do anywhere else in the world. My number one pick to visit for sure

To be fair to the idiot he stops immediately, gets off the road and doesn’t argue whining about disrupting his precious time history in the way most runners and cyclists do. I wonder if he came out of Green Park and somehow got onto the road without knowing what was happening there. Benefit of the doubt. Not guilty. (But don’t do it again)
