One key point when comparing Kagama to the Kraton/EXB or other Corally 6S vehicles

Missed addressing this point in 2 videos now, so I figured I would do it in a quick, solo video.

I have seen that the blocks are now screwed to the chassis on the latest TC rigs. Should definitely help durability in regards. I think what Arrma has done with the new KEXB 6s is a good idea too, which is the aluminum diff housings. While Arrma is not screwing the suspension plates to the chassis directly, the plates are indeed screwed to an aluminum bulkhead, which is of course screwed to the chassis. The TC design is good, but requires more screws to remove. Not a big deal. I would love me a Kagama, but for best stunt basher, the new KEXB is top dog IMO. Personal preference I suppose. TC has the better motor/esc, Armma has a better radio and servo. Parts availability goes to Arrma I feel. Either one is a solid buy, handling, Kagama, jumping, Arrma..

Hands down I have both and kagama is better by far so far I was hesitant but you were right now I wasted money on an exb Kraton when I would have been just happy with a kagama

I have had the Kraton and knew issues I had and could see the improvements but I also know the things that were the same... I prefer the Kagama as well but love my XTR too much right now to move it and grab one myself!

I am now choosing between the two. Why in your opinion is the Kagama better? For example, Kraton has alu bulkheads on it. Kagama alu bulkheads cost like 140 euros to upgrade. I'm not sure even if that's a good thing. One thing I don't like with the Kagama from vids I seen is how it wheelies every time you touch the trigger and seems hard to control with so much torque.

@@NPCRC don’t get me wrong the Kraton is a beast fun factor is just better in the kagama out of box long term I see Kraton being a better option though

@@Themlpg73 the Kagama is just fun out of the box you can feel the power and on 4s it’s a fun drive and will still back I had to move my exb to 15 just to get it to run the way I wanted I think long term you get the Kraton and want to upgrade go with That but out of the box kagama is the winner it’s like an outcast with the speed of the Kraton it’s insane really Challenges and this thing flies with ease if you don’t jump or bash hard go Kraton exb but if you flying and stunting speed just a plain old maniac go kagama

I have the M2C Hinge pin blocks that are 7075 on my XTR, you can only drill out the chassis for two of the 4 positions per diff. The end of the chassis are not long enough.

Yeah, another reason I am debating selling it and getting the Kagama... There are better parts on the XTR but things like the bulkhead durability are important. I don't know what I am doing yet!!!

Interesting. Would you say the Kagama is more durable than the new Kraton exb?

Well I've got a couple customers now who have both so I guess I will start to see based on other people's handling of them but this was one thing that I noticed for sure that is going to lead to them holding up equally at the bulkheads as the Kraton exb has those upgraded ones... So far most people that come in with breaks on the kagama, usually feel that they were Justified. The majority of brakes I see on that truck have been from people clipping things at high speeds and either braking the lower front arm or what I've seen twice now is the shock cap getting broke. Probably because of how tight that is at the tower on that big stud and there is very little give if an arm takes a strong hit, flexes it more than the aluminum cap can handle. I see a lot more arrma guys come in for RPM arms and diff issues then I do Corally, already though. This was just an add-on thought to my original video comparison and for the money saved I do believe you're getting a better vehicle with the team Corally, for the price points. Faster, for sure.... overall durability.... time will tell!

only sucky part about Team Corally is their supply issues. I live 15 mins away from their US warehouse and it still takes weeks to get parts@@NPCRC

@@imruss18 I get things from the PA warehouse in 1-3 days and Utah 4-5 days. I keep almost all the parts on hand that would be needed and have truck breakdowns for things I don't keep on hand or to offer better bundle deals. With this Kagama, my sales on Corally have tripled so If that is the case all over, more dealers may start stocking their stuff. I haven't seen stock issues though for over a year with them. HRP has been on it of late and doing a good job keeping product in house for us dealers.
