Awesome Kevin!! Your stamina is impressive. What recommendations would you make to someone trying to increase stamina for metal playing like this? As I get older I have noticed my natural ability to gallop and downpick has deteriorated. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Keep up the killer work!

I’m 40 and still get it. You might need to do some cardio start by jerking it at least five times a day. That’s a good start.
