Beau's film-work, his unique outlook on life and the people and things around him makes his channel the best on YT, by far. Being a film maker, I can only hope to achieve such confidence and proficiency in crafting stories, the way that he does. Seemingly out of thin air he grabs these ideas, yet, they entail so much meaning. I hope he never quits film making, just as I hope that my favourite pair of jeans-shorts that I have stiched up so many times and that I have been wearing everywhere for the last 10 years, won't quit on me :D.

@fabianpeters70772 жыл бұрын
@@davidanalyst671 what makes you think, I haven't been following his progess? Seems to me, his past adventures very much inform his film work of the present. Ever since "Run the line" his films have constantly progressed into a niche art form that - at least to my eye - is unparalleled. Certainly on YT. This is a film maker, who is not making a film for the sake of making a film - such as me for example. Rather, he is a film maker, who takes a given sujet and finds meaning through the very process of making the film itself. Quite unique.

I'm James, 26 years old - and I'm at a transitional time where a big chapter of my life is now closing, but as long as I keep my health and my core values true to me - I will find happiness in every day around my own "outback". Beau has been an inspiration to my running and I enjoy doing half marathons of my own creation! I only hope one day I can do an experience such as your 650KM Alps run. I wore through my beloved Tilley hat at the end of a three month adventure across the eastern seaboard of Australia (a feat not typically taken by Americans). That hat saw me through numerous family vacations to beaches and deserts. I swam in too many rivers, lakes, and beaches to count while hiding under its protection. I watched my children grow before me from under its brim. It was in one last swim at the Trial Bay Gaol in Arakoon, NSW that I finally had to admit defeat. Sweat, UV, and saltwater tore it beyond repair. That was a great hat.

Cowboy here. I emphasize deeply with your attachment to your hat. I’ve only had mine for a year, and it’s protected me from a t-post pounder shattering my skull, a flash flood, lacerations on my head, hundreds of sunburns, heat stroke, and it’s also protected me from physical violence from other men (a cowboy’s hat is a huge determent for violence, I’ve found.). Every time I put it on, it reminds me just who I am, and who I’m trying to become. A hat is massively symbolism. I’d be in a sorry state if I ever lost mine, but I’m glad you got to retire yours.
