kzbin.info/www/bejne/inLFXoiIr5ukrKM if you open a project as "Film and Video" it gives you the option to have a video timeline. Then you can either manipulate regular layers as frames (they can be longer than one frame) or you can add a blank Video Layer (in the Layers drop down) which sorta makes a video clip and lets you just draw every frame.
