It's really nice to see a project like this done in a place with a real winter. So many times you see people building a greenhouse in Virginia or North Carolina (and sure, they have cold enough weather to kill tropical plants) but I'm in northern Michigan and most of their advice is cute at best. You've really done some amazing stuff for someone at ~50°N.

Your video made me stop and think about utilizing your design into modern home building. Building a house using the greenhouse as the central element of the homes design makes so much sense on so many levels! Using the sun for natural supplemental heating, gardening and enjoying the "outdoors" during winter months would do so much for our overall wellness. I'm very much looking forward to seeing more of your project and wish you continued success!

It’s doable. Everyone, including myself, is just going to have to get used to high inflation. So it costs more to build something, and produce anything, but people will have to get used to a head of lettuce being $20 as well.
