Nice job. Did you build or buy your pipe trusses? I was thinking it might have been nice to have purlin clips to slide the purlins up to… Purlin/Girts on the wall I assume. Very impressed. Thanks for sharing.

My local scrap yard would pay you $15 per Ibeam and sell them for $200. I have lots of 2 7/8 pipe but I been wanting Ibeam for a 40x60 shop.

Find more land than you need, get an option to buy, then sell parts of it to get free land…
