I've definitely made this mistake more than once. I'm a little guy so if they're blocking me from climbing towards their head I prefer to just hold the hips and walk around to N-S. Does that make sense?

Yes definitely. Good work around!

if he doesnt do the kimuraarm and roll over his far shoulderllooking away from you ,but instead he looks at you without rolling, it kind of finishes in an inverted armbar position, how do you finish that?
@InvisibleJiuJitsu6 жыл бұрын
the armbar will come on automatically as you complete this movement :)

Still the Panasonic GH5 but different lens. The wider one is still better for stuff where i move around more though. You like the look?

@@InvisibleJiuJitsu yeah the closeup is good for details, but i feel bad for your uke - he's like chopped liver; not even in the shot!

Right on! I ended up in a similar position after hitting the same move that Sadulaev used on Kyle Snyder in freestyle wrestling to eventually pin him (sort of a Peterson roll from chest-on-back north-south position, off of a defended single leg. See imgur.com/a/SDhxPYc ). I rolled my partner to his back with me on top, but didn't know what to do from there and just ended up scrambling to side control. Now I'm thinking about looking for the "cheeky arm lock," haha. What do you think, David?
