Had to grab one of those. Time wizard is my first and only card I still got from being 9 years old (I'm fn 32). Somehow it's stayed pristine all these years even though I've played with it a ton over the years. The og game winner for would be losers. Still the top top dog -- hell they named a format after your boy

I think a good progression would be to add old boosters or cards from the first sets, by choice of the player, building a custom deck of pretty much anything available at x time/year. Would be interesting to see you guys mix in some further customization as the series continues. This is still my favorite series, across a lot of channels at the moment. Thank you good stuff

Everyday is the same routine. Wake up, practice drum set, work, study spanish then sleep. But one day every 10-14 days I get to break up the monotony with Retro Rivals, the only Yu-Gi-Oh content I can understand.

The thing about these older cards is that, not only do their effect texts aren't article length but also, they are mostly generic so you can throw together a deck that will function from random cards and you can come up with some silly strategies that aren't predefined by an archetype. Love series like this one!

Konami messed up the cutting at their print shop for the cards. The Crystal Beast structure decks had many issues being cut improperly and having misprints too

If you guys do a similar series next time maybe add a rule like people not being able to use the same bossmonsters as the other. It was really cool to have Alec be the "Relinquished" guy while Paul was the "Thunder Dragon Guy", but then Alec copying Pauls strategy after seeing how good it is made it feel less unique

I hope we'll see the complete set of Exodia soon or later. The "Exodia the Forbidden One" is more rare than arms and legs in YuGiOh Retro Packs. The chance to get it is very slim.

Reliquinshed and Copycat. I feel like each person should choose 2 cards to ban the opponent from using each game. We need to see something different. Alec has 4 of whatever the best thing Paul can make and the shining angels and sonic birds and thousand hands its just alot. Im almost hoping Pauls face downs are gonna do something but he hasnt pulled many monster killing traps like Alec. I get the meta is momentum so cards that give you more cards, but a man eater bug doesnt seem too bad sometimes but then if you have to use it on their momentum monster youre technically losing the trade.

The thing about exchange of the spirit I like is that it doesn't say you both have to have 15. So my opponent can have 5 while I have 15, and it will still activate.

Man the Relinquished and Senju combo is so strong, as well as the Thunder Dragon combo.
