Love the first episode. Pat needs to be on camera more, such hidden talent, such good vibes and energy. Cooking in bulk is really different and difficult. Really appreciated what my mum did when I tried cooking for CNY for relatives. Everything just seems slightly off. The bee hoon looks amazing!! By the way have you tried before Korean spam (Richam), feels less processed and not so salty, even my dad feels it tastes better than the other brand. In Korea, spam is actually considered a good door gift thus the better quality. As for the pasta, the end product looks very good! The pasta looks shiny and "smiling". As for why it is not salty, most probably when you cook the pasta, especially for Aglio olio, the water that you cook the pasta in was not salty enough. The only time you can season the pasta was when it is being cooked.

After watching your reno video i actually commented in that video how there's a lack of Holy pictures and statues around your house. Now seeing this video, i think my concerns are valid. Hope as a Catholic family, you will take it more seriously to put Holy pictures around the house especially the crucifix at the doorway and in the rooms especially in your master bedroom. Also have rosaries in your bedroom and please pray the rosary daily together as a couple/family. bless the house daily/weekly with the Holy water and have Holy sacramentals around the house. ALSO, DON'T FORGET AN ALTAR!!!!
