Love the fact that you aren't pushing survival pants, Combat knives, torches that can light fires, filding survival axes etc. It's just boots, jeans, t shirt, jacket, a knife and a whole lot of knowledge and skill. Awesome.

HI Greg, Canada is Absolutely Beautiful, Now that I have seen this part of Canada , I think I will come to visit. This is definitely on my bucket list. I would also like to meet you should I come there.. But i have no idea when I will come. This series was amazing to watch and I learned so much from you, especially, all those flora I never thought people can eat. You and Zac make a wonder team and i wish you would continue to do more collaborations together , if not perhaps many more videos in the future. I have never enjoyed such a series before until now. I know i would love this video also. you guys are both so knowledgeable about everything. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. I have watched every single one of them.. and love them all.. and looking forward to seeing more.. Great job to both of you. Be careful of those bears in the wild. Greg I like the fact that you are so easy going, like nothing bothers you. However, I think you guys are both motivators for anyone who wants to get out there and give this a shot. I know i would. Love you guys, Love from Guyana. Best wishes. Des . PS: I also Wish you best wishes on your gold claim. I know you will do your best not to hurt the environment. I hope it is rewarding for you. With Determination, Hard work and Dedication you will succeed. Also BE Safe, use your safety equipment and look out for those Greedy Old Bears.

Well I truly enjoyed this one month in the wild. Greg you are no frills. A real mountain man, one can learn so much from you. Thanks for sharing this, as a fly fisherman we are only in the woods for a short time, with more gear than you packed for thirty days.. I hope to take most of the experiences you shared with me when I walk the trails and look at the flora. For some of us it's an incredible experience being one with nature and alone away form civilization, a breath of fresh air. This series exemplifies this.. thanks for sharing and good luck on your travels in the future.. shared..👍

Many years ago my mother and I chanced upon a veritable field of puffballs! The conditions had been just right as they had not been there the evening, before! Greg, even your puffballs are TINY compared to the ones we found! Some of them were larger than BASKETBALLS and weighed a good 10 pounds! They were mighty good eating. We steaked them and fried the in hot butter. When you have a mushroom steak that is larger than the large round steaks you can find at the super market you can very easily get full, quickly! They were great and we took a few home and cubed them and canned them! Had mushrooms all winter! They were great. We even pickled some, too! Have never found any that huge since but it is a memory that I will cherish as long as I live! I have really enjoyed your taking all of us along on your adventure! Thanks for the videos!
