Great video! Im visiting later this year. Looks like you were able to fly drone pretty much anywhere without problems eh?
@AndriiLutsyk3 жыл бұрын
Usually yes. But in crowded places, you can have some problems with the police.
@ggoddkkiller13423 жыл бұрын
Technically you can only fly drones with taking permission first while only under 500 gram drones can fly without any permission in green zones of flight map decided by Turkish general directorate of civil aviation: www.drone.net.tr/blog/iha-ucusa-yasak-bolgeler-listesi-drone-ucurabilecegimiz-yerler-2020-611.html As you can see there aren't much of green zones, for example flying over entire Istanbul without permission is forbidden but for under 500 gram drones laws aren't enforced strictly and even if you get caught most probably you won't get any fine as long as you fly away from airports, military buildings, stadiums etc!! If your drone is heavier than 500 gr you have to register it online and i wouldn't recommend flying without permission as there are nasty fines which could cost way more than the drone's value, because larger drones can carry drugs, explosives etc the laws about them are strictly enforced...

Amazing work! Enjoyed every bit, going to Istanbul in a few days, and this really inspired me more. Was wondering regarding drones and drone usage there, is it cool to fly around and capture? would be good to know if I should bring my drone or not :D

Thanks! Yes, it is ok to fly. But better not in crowded places.

Your video emphasis on eastern heritage of Turkey but it is much more diverse and also western so no like or share from me I m afraid. It needs new / old , east and west , traditional and modern but all I see is mosques.

@@Mr-vy2lb From my experience, it is somewhere in the middle - not as clean as Europe, but also not as polluted as India or Egypt for example. Same with development.
